Service Description

Designed for people who have some prior experience of linocut printing, this course is an opportunity to advance your lino printing skills by learning ways to build up a print in layers of colour. We'll start by looking at the reduction print method and over the 5 weeks we'll touch on other systems such as multi-block and selective inking that can add colour to your work. Learn in a small, friendly group and come away with a set of colour prints and a deeper understanding of the various methods to add colour. Learn the pro's and con's of each and the tricks that make successful multicoloured prints easier to plan and finish. PLEASE NOTE: This course is made of 5 sessions not 6. There will be a break for half term, so there will be NO SESSION ON THURSDAY 18TH FEB
